AI Engineer / Frontend Pod Lead, Associate

Joint AI Execution & Enablement

  • Built interactive React demonstrations with animation libraries for human-in-the-loop processes and vulnerability patching, supporting management buy-in and project funding.
  • Led all frontend work as pod lead, owning UI/UX and React/TypeScript implementation while coordinating frontend, backend, and infrastructure delivery.
  • Created a reusable React/TypeScript template aligned with organizational design and branding standards and led a platform migration affecting approximately 1,000 users, embedding Copilot agents in the repository to assist migration.
  • Developed Copilot agents to generate, execute, and refine Vitest tests, reducing release lead time by approximately 90% across multiple projects.
  • Owned application deployment to Azure Kubernetes Service using Docker, Istio, and GitLab CI/CD, taking frontend solutions from implementation through production rollout.
  • Designed and delivered AI bootcamps for employees, apprentices, and interns across the bank, providing hands-on development guidance so they could contribute to team delivery.
  • Co-led four AI workshops at Singapore Management University, reaching more than 200 participants.
